Seeing the Aurora Borealis was on your Bucket list!

The auroras only appear near the Earth’s magnetic poles. They’re usually visible above a latitude of 60 degrees north and below 60 degrees south.

Iceland sits at a latitude of approximately 64 degrees north, making it the perfect place to see the northern lights. But there are some tips you need to know about it: auroras are only to be seen between aprox November and March and there are certain spot you can see it at its best. • Glasses protect you from the wind

The first two Christmas Markets have opened in Vienna!

🎄🎅🏻 We already visited them and i think, Vienna really mastered it this time!!! Whereas in other years, the market at Schönbrunn was more chill and not so “Chrismasly”-pimped, this year is totally the opposite!

My opinion is that the city had a hidden project in their pandora box called - “Let’s make the Christmas Market great again!”

🧡 Romania, is a hidden gem, which you must put on your travel list! A land of great mistery, Romania unfolds a large number of tourist attractions scatteered across the country. From north to south, east to west, there are places which wait to be discovered by the human eye! If you want to plan a trip to this amazing country, i call home, and think of at least 2 weeks if you want to explore it in depth. If you just have 2-3 days you want to spend here, i recommend choosing a city like Brasov, Cluj or Timisoara, rather than Bucharest.

If you are in the mood for a good pumpkin soup, a tasty local austrian wine, or maybe you are just in search of Halloween and autumn decorations 🎃, or you just wanna escape the city and explore the landscape near Vienna, then this is the place to be!

Tips:
🍂Be aware that during the place is pretty small for the amount of tourists visiting it
🧡 It might be a challenge finding a parking spot, as there is a small parking with unsufficient places, so everyone parks on the side of the road
🎃 It is opened daily between 9 and 19 o’clock! Except for Sundays, when they close at 18 o’clock!
🍂It is busy during the weekends, so if you have the chance, visit it during the week
🧡 The entrance is fee. You can buy decoration pumpkins from prices starting from 70 cents/pumpkin
🍲 They have a small restaurant inside, food is delicious, but be prepared to wait a little
🧒🏼 👧 Suitable for kids! Playing space & activities are available

This place was definitely the highlight of our city break to Budapest (😅below attending the F1 Grand Prix).
They advertise it, as being the most beautiful coffee shop from the entire world and we were really intrigued to find out whether it is so! We all agreed that yes! This must be the most wonderful coffee shop of them all, and if not, it must hit at least the top 3!

📍 New York Café, in Budapest

☕️ They do not accept reservations
🍮There is always a queue in front of the shop
🍹It usually takes less than 30 min. waiting time to be seated to table
🍰 They also serve food. We tried 4 different cake types and pancakrs and they were delicious
💸 It is expensive - between 20-25€ for a coffee and a cake
📋When you ask for the bill, no matter if you pay by card or cash, they ask you if you want to pay in Ft(Hungary’ currency) or €. DO NOT ask it in euros, if you don‘t wana feel fooled. The exchange they use is outrageous!

Day2 and 3 - Taormina. Don’t miss:

✨The Greek Theatre of Taormina
✨ Walk down the stairs to go at the rocky beach and the Isola Bella
✨From there, take the cable car back the Taormina’s city center

Day 4 - Mount Etna in the morning the Syracuse in the afternoon and evening
